Uphill Castle Cricket Club
Welcome to Uphill Castle Cricket Club a friendly village club, offering cricket to all ages and abilities.
We run 4 Saturday teams, with the 1st XI competing in the World Class Willow Somerset Cricket League – Division 2, 2nd XI in Division 5 N, 3rd XI in Division 6 N and Development XI in Division 7N!
Alongside our Saturday cricket, our Sunday T20 XI also compete in the Somerset T20 League Sunday league, and our Ladies Softball team compete in the T20 Holland Division-Softball league!
We have a thriving Junior section with teams from U11 to U19 competing in the North Somerset Youth Leagues.
The club also hosts All Stars Cricket, an entry-level participation program by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) designed to introduce children aged 5 to 8 to the sport through fun, active, and inclusive sessions
Uphill CCC are also proud to host and support Somerset Cricket Foundation’s Sporting Memories initiative and Super 1s team, the North Somerset Hounders.
The club won the first ECB Under 19’s club of the year in 2015 and celebrated its 130th Anniversary in 2023!
